居家美背影片奉上🎬  夏天就是要露出美背呀🥰來今天不知道練什麼就這個吧👙  這些動作雖然強度都不高,但是在家沒事練完這一整套,背部肌肉也是會很有感的喔!  我回台灣這幾個禮拜事情太多、小孩太鬧,能上健身房的時間真的太少,能做的也就是這些居家運動維持肌肉的一些刺激。  如果覺得強度太低有以下方式可以增加強度- 利用小啞鈴取代徒手動作,以及利用彈力繩取代毛巾,若沒有道具的話,多做幾下到力竭也是能鍛鍊肌肉的,加油!練起來💕  🌟影片動作皆有加快4倍速率,實際做的時候切記一定要動作放慢喔!  🔸動作一: 趴在地上,肩胛骨下沉預備好姿勢,雙手向前伸直,再慢慢用手肘帶動上臂與背肌往後收,整個過程想像手臂是一對翅膀,感受背部肌肉發力讓手臂擺動的感覺。注意全程都不要聳肩喔!因為阻力很低,所以可以做20下4組,組間休息30秒鐘。相信我,一樣會很酸!  🔸動作二: 取一條毛巾,坐姿,雙手握住毛巾向前伸直,將毛巾往左右兩側用力拉開,拉開時可以感覺到背部肌肉出力。開始慢慢將毛巾往胸口靠近,動作記得要很慢才容易感受到背部肌肉運動,整個過程都必須將毛巾向左右兩側拉開唷!其實如果可以用彈力繩的話會更有感覺。如果單用毛巾,可以做20下4組,組間休息30秒鐘。  🔸動作三: 這個動作不只是背肌訓練,整個核心都能鍛鍊到唷!首先四足跪姿,慢慢將右腿往後伸直,腹肌臀肌出力保持身體穩定,左手放在左耳後,慢慢的感受左半邊背部肌肉伸展開來,試著將左手肘往右前臂靠過去,然後再慢慢感受左側背部肌肉收緊把身體帶回原位。注意全程核心臀肌都要穩定不要亂晃動喔!可以做12-15下4組。  🔸動作四: 我拍的角度可能不太好,但是影片中應該可以看到門把一直被轉,因為我兒子在門外哭著找媽媽🤣 只好先以這個影片奉上再找機會重拍吧!坐姿,取一條毛巾(可以長一點)雙手握住毛巾左右兩端,向上舉起並且往兩側拉開。慢慢將左手肘彎曲,感受左側邊背部肌肉把左手臂收進來,過程中注意不要聳肩,並且右手持續拉緊毛巾增加左側背肌的阻力。同樣想像手臂像翅膀一樣,真正施力的應該是背肌而不是手臂唷!如果可以用彈力繩的話會更有感覺。如果單用毛巾,可以做20下4組,組間休息30秒鐘。做完一側四組後再換另一側。  🌟註:如果從來沒有做過這些動作,最好請專業教練親身個別指導才安全,有時候看影片做運動看起來一樣,但是否使用正確的肌肉發力、是否誤用關節發力都不一定,所以最安全的作法還是找專業教練指導才能對自己身體負責唷!  #StayFitWithMi_健身菜單 #SFWMwomen #健康 #減脂 #增肌 #健身 #運動 #減重 #健身女孩 #居家運動 #Fitnessgirl #fitness #girlpower #workout #fitfood #美背運動 #背肌 #🎬

FORM CHECK IN DEPTH REPOST!⠀ ⬇⬇️⬇️⠀ — One of the biggest things that I see on a traditional single arm dumbbell bent over row is the improper curvature of the back throughout the exercise. What happens is is the front side of your body is filled with overactive muscles mainly in this exercise it’s going to be usually the traps and partially the chest and the lower back will try to help complete the movement opposed to the back. ⠀ ⠀ It usually involves a shrug like a motion as you can see in the photo! Whenever the chest and the shoulders internally rotate and are not in a pull back position while you’re doing a back exercise that means you are activating your chest muscles opposed to your back muscles.⠀ ⠀ This concept is known as reciprocal inhibition which means that because the chest and back are on opposite sides of the torso while the chest is stretched the back is working and vice a versa.⠀ ⠀ If you find yourself doing this just simply lower the weight. ⠀ —⠀ For more FREE exercise tutorials and fitness related content: ⠀ ⠀ Follow —— @jaysoncreechfitness ⠀ Follow —— @jaysoncreechfitness
